We are proud to announce that our “Balatoni adathalászok” running team has successfully completed the XX. NN Ultrabalaton running race!

Several members of the KDK Team and the Data Steward Network competed together in the XX. NN Ultrabalaton race. Our nine-member running team completed the 209-kilometer course in 21 hours and 45 minutes. During the nighttime period, our runners were accompanied by a cyclist.

Members of the team: Júlia Egyed-Gergely (TK KDK), Henrietta Farkas (HUN-REN), András Hubai (Rényi), Szabina Kerényi (TK SZI), Enikő Meiszterics (TK KDK), Melinda Nonn (TTK), Ádám Sódor (CSFK), Bálint Szabó (HTK) and Gabriella Virág (TK KDK). The runners were accompanied by Péter Ott (ATK) on bicycle.

We warmly congratulate the BLKI “BalatonScience” team, including Krisztina Krassován, a member of the Data Steward Network, as well as the SZTAKI “SZTAKI 111” team, including András Micsik, one of the developers of the KDK Repository and the ARP Data Repository, as well as all participants!
